One of the most frequent questions is about mouse specifications and compatibility. Our mice are available in various types—wired (USB), wireless (2.4GHz and Bluetooth), gaming, and ergonomic. Each product page clearly specifies sensor type (optical or laser), DPI range (for adjustable precision), button count (including programmable buttons), connectivity options, and compatibility with Windows, Mac, and other operating systems. We also note whether a mouse is compatible with gaming consoles or tablets, helping you choose the right device for your setup.
Customers often ask about mouse care and maintenance. To ensure longevity, we recommend regular cleaning: use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and fingerprints from the mouse body and buttons, and compressed air to clean the sensor area. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges that can damage the mouse’s surface or grips. For wireless mice, replace batteries as needed or charge the device according to instructions to maintain performance. Keep your mouse away from liquid spills, extreme temperatures, and direct sunlight to prevent damage.
Order processing and shipping times are common inquiries. Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days and shipped shortly after. Domestic orders arrive within 4-8 business days, while international orders take 10-22 business days. Tracking information is provided once the order ships, allowing you to monitor delivery progress. Upon delivery, inspect the package for damage before signing, and unbox carefully to check for missing components (cables, receivers, batteries) or physical damage to the mouse.
Many customers ask about customization options. Questions about returns and exchanges are also common. To be eligible, mice must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the specified timeframe. Used mice, mice with physical damage (scratches, dents, liquid damage), or items with missing original packaging are not eligible. International customers often ask about customs duties and taxes. Any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking local customs rules before ordering to avoid unexpected charges.
Finally, many users ask about mouse warranties. Most of our mice come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects (such as faulty buttons, unresponsive sensors, or connectivity issues).
